Contact Method for Receiving Test Results
The patient gives explicit consent to use the contact information submitted in the online appointment scheduling form to be contacted by text, email and/or phone regarding receiving COVID-19 test results.
Cancelled & Missed Appointment Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide quality testing to all our patients promptly. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed and canceled appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. To be respectful of your fellow patients, please call 404-689-6860 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If necessary, leave a voicemail message.
If cancellation/reschedule is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is late when the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the COVID-19 test booking fee. Therefore, no refund will be issued.
